Burrito Cravings



When your tummy is craving a burrito you give your tummy a burrito! This is what a super quick, healthy, & satisfying lunch looks like. It's great for packing it up for your kiddo's or for yourself for work. Two reasons I love this burrito is one the wrap is made out of spinach, two it has the perfect combination of protein, veggies, dairy, and grains.


But, what's even better about a burrito is you can always customize the ingredients for what your craving. Or in my instance whatever I have left over in my fridge!




Ingredients

Spinach Wrap

White Cheddar cheese

Green Onions (scallions)

Shredded Chicken

Jalapeño slices

Refried Beans

Salt + Pepper to taste


How to Make

  1. Add all your ingredients at the center of your wrap.

  2. Fold up your burrito (take a look at a how-to fold your wrap video below)

  3. On a pan over medium heat place your burrito until it get's nice & golden.

  4. Enjoy!
