In the Lozano household we are pretty good about eating whole foods, but kale was one food my husband would not eat. This man is the king of chips - hot cheetos, doritos, sunchips... you name it. When Santi says he doesn't like a certain food it becomes my mission to change his mind. I turn into the Indiana Jones in the kitchen! Determined to figure out an alternative recipe that will entice his palate. So as I scrolled through which felt like hundreds of kale recipes it clicks - kale chips!
Now the next adventure is to discover the secret recipes to get him to like sweet potatoes, carrots, & tomatoes (cue the Indiana Jones theme song).

SERVES 2-4 PEOPLE
INGREDIENTS
Chopped Kale
Olive Oil

LET'S BAKE SOME KALE CHIPS!
Chop the kale into bite sizes (discard the stem) and add into a large bowl.
Drizzle olive oil and mix until it's fully combined.
Drizzle some salt and transfer the kale onto a large sheet pan. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 8-12 minutes (keep an eye on it so it doesn't burn).
Enjoy!
